Use global values if local values are not defined

Hi!

It would be great if RedmineTaskList could use the global values if the local ones are not defined. This way, all I'd have to do, is to change the URL for a project. I would like to see only the issues for the current project and not all; nowadays, I have to copy everything.

Bonus points (if possible): if the (local) URL does not begin with "https?", it denotes a relative URL...

Bye,
Adam.

Current solution is general, your feature request seems too specific to me. It could be unclear and misleading for other users, I suppose.

OK, I see your point. What about a checkbox for each entry that can override the global value? This way, You could override each setting individually and it would be always clear which value is currently in use.

Well, I'll have to think it over.
