Can't sort by issue # in Task List

Hello,
The sorting seems to be based on string comparison and not on issue # numerical value....
So issue #2 appears after issue #199, and so on
Could you implement a real sorting mechanism based on numerical value of issue id, or explain me how I can view the issue id in a dedicated column and not merged with issue subject?
thank you,
Regards,

Task List is a built-in feature of Visual Studio. There's no way (or no simple way, that is accessible to me) to override sorting mechanism, or modify columns.
However, I could use Line column to display issue id.

As a workaround if using format like following then the sorting is ok:
#{0:00000}\t{4}\t{13} ({6})
This will add zeros before the issue # at max 4 zeros: like 00001 (depends on the issue numbers: mine are less than 300), and then the sort will be ok.
